Prompt Engineer

Overview

For one of my customer we are looking for a Senior Prompt Engineer.

Location: Europe(100% remote)

This role sits at the intersection of language modeling, software engineering, and applied AI research.

You’ll partner with product, data science, and infrastructure teams to make our AI agents more reliable, explainable, and capable of high-level reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Architect next-generation agentic and standard prompt frameworks.
• Replace “vibes-based” testing with structured evaluation pipelines (Promptfoo, LangSmith, and custom QA frameworks).
• Ensure reliability through strongly typed, structured outputs (Pydantic, JSON).
• Oversee the full PromptOps lifecycle, including Git-based version control and versioning best practices.
• Optimize token economics using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and context pruning.
