Key Responsibilities

• Proofread articles, emails, and marketing content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, formatting, and consistency
• Ensure a consistent tone, style, and voice across all written materials
• Perform basic fact-checking to maintain content accuracy
• Collaborate with writers and editors to improve clarity and readability
• Maintain and update internal style guidelines as needed
• Deliver high-quality, error-free content within tight deadlines

Requirements

• Exceptional command of written English and grammar rules
• Proven experience in proofreading, editing, or content quality assurance
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with SEO best practices is an advantage
• Proficient in tools such as Google Docs, Grammarly, and content management systems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
