Position Summary
The Properties Coordinator will assist with all operations under the Nankat Holdings LLC, ensuring optimal administration and coordination of facility operations, maintenance, security, and risk management. This position will report to the Nankat Holdings Director and work with the Administrative, Finance, Accounting and Nankat teams. This role requires strong administrative and technology/computer skills, knowledge of property management, and the ability to work effectively in Alaska's challenging weather while assisting with team organization.

● Oversee the maintenance and operations of Nankat Holdings, ensuring all facilities meet quality standards
● Serve as a main point of contact for any lease agreements or tenant concerns, addressing issues promptly
