What You’ll Do

As a Property Accountant , you will support a growing multi-family real estate portfolio and accounting team based in Calgary. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and working papers
• Maintaining direct communication with clients
• Preparing annual budgets and reforecasts
• Managing rental and recovery billings
• Conducting cash analysis and distributions to owners
• Resolving tenant disputes and auditing tenant accounts for billing accuracy
