Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Pan-India business development strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Identify and execute opportunities for new store openings, franchise models, shop-in-shop, and mall partnerships across regions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with mall developers, landlords, franchise partners, and key national stakeholders
  • Lead commercial negotiations including rentals, revenue share, and contractual terms
  • Conduct market research to identify regional trends, competition, and expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, merchandising, finance, HR) for smooth execution of Pan-India initiatives
  • Monitor regional and store-level performance; implement corrective and growth-driven actions
  • Support and oversee new store launches, relocations, and expansions across India
