Manager / Deputy Manager – Business Development

ROLE SUMMARY

Responsible for driving business expansion through new location identification, franchisee acquisition, and market development. The role involves strategic planning, site feasibility analysis, cross-functional coordination, and timely launch of new outlets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and evaluate new business locations through market research and feasibility analysis.

• Lead franchisee identification, screening, and onboarding.

• Conduct market analysis, territory mapping, and competitor studies.

• Prepare viability reports, financial projections, and basic business plans.

• Coordinate with projects, operations, finance, and legal teams for outlet launches.
