Property and Security Manager

Our client is a leading player in telecommunications infrastructure. As part of its
expansionary plan, it is seeking to employ an experienced professional to join them as
Property and Security Manager (Telecoms industry) (Ref:
KHXXX)
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of space
utilization, physical security compliance and security operations for Central Offices (COs)
and related administrative matters.
The Job
 Management and administration of property and security
 Manage the surrender of space by tenants
 Carry out additions, alterations and retrofitting of space for new use
 Plan for and acquire additional power supply
 Develop and implement policies, protocols and procedures tp maintain full
compliance with the prevailing legislation and regulatory requirements for security
operations
 Conduct regular inspections at all the CO premises for potential security breaches.
