We have an existing opportunity to add a Property Claims Supervisor to our team!

The Property Claims Supervisor will actively manage the day to day Adjusting Team composed of Property desktop adjusters. This position involves leading and managing staff within our National Accounts business division with respect to quality and customer service excellence, training and development, and technical support. This role is critical in ensuring the delivery of quality adjusting services while supporting the growth and development of the unit. The supervisor will also be required to manage production targets and quality targets as needed to support the department’s goals. To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should have experience in Commercial and Personal lines Property claims, some Liability & Auto experience will be seen as an asset.
