Job Description: Property Consultant – Real Estate

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Handle sales and leasing of residential properties in the Gurgaon real estate market , with a strong focus on builder floors .
  • Generate leads through channel partners, referrals, and walk-ins.
  • Conduct site visits and manage end-to-end client interactions.
  • Negotiate and close deals while achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain relationships with clients, developers, and channel partners.
  • Coordinate documentation and booking processes.
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and inventory.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales , preferably builder floors in Gurgaon.
  • Strong knowledge of Gurgaon micro-markets.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and client-focused.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
