Property Data Analyst

The position offers an exciting opportunity to support the expansion of Group’s storenetwork across Iberia. Your primary responsibility will be to provide detailed marketanalysis and accurate sales forecasts, to ensure that capital investment is targeted atopportunities that deliver optimum returns. In addition you will also undertake a wide rangeof location and consumer related project work.

• Support the development and implementation of the JD Europe Iberia property strategy.
• Prepare the business case (including catchment, demographic, competition, site visit, and detailed salesforecasts) for all store investment opportunities within your designated market area.
• Travel to gain in-depth, on the ground knowledge of the store estate and retail hierarchy.
