JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the sites
• Plan, execute and supervise all the facilities' management and operational activities
• Conduct meetings, project co-ordination in residential/Commercial strata development
• Invite quotations, conduct evaluation for all services, provide recommendation reports and organise and coordinate Corrective Program for repairs and maintenance of the common properties
• Administer contracts renewals and issue of contracts

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Candidate with self drive possess Professional Certificate/ Diploma or Degree in Estate Management or related disciplines.
• Previous experience in managing condominiums, industrial or commercial buildings.
• Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST) and Building Maintenance & Strata Management (BMSM) Act
