Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract international investors for SMDC residential projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and partner networks abroad
  • Organize and conduct presentations, roadshows, and client meetings targeting overseas buyers
  • Provide investment consultations, market updates, and property recommendations to clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams for marketing materials, project updates, and after-sales support
  • Monitor and analyze international market trends to identify new growth opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal and documentation requirements for foreign buyers
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company’s international sales portfolio

Qualifications

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
