Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to attract international investors for SMDC residential projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and partner networks abroad
- Organize and conduct presentations, roadshows, and client meetings targeting overseas buyers
- Provide investment consultations, market updates, and property recommendations to clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for marketing materials, project updates, and after-sales support
- Monitor and analyze international market trends to identify new growth opportunities
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal and documentation requirements for foreign buyers
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company’s international sales portfolio
Qualifications
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
