Property Maintenance Technician

Manos Projects Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Property Maintenance Technician to join our team in Ipswich, QLD. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for providing comprehensive property maintenance services to our valued clients in the local area.

What you'll be doing

Perform general property maintenance tasks such as basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting work.

Identify and address any repair or maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner

Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide high-quality customer service

Maintain detailed records of all work completed and materials used.

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

Support the wider team with additional duties as required.
