Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Management Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day financial and operational tasks for a property management company. This role involves managing payments, utilities, lease renewals, and Section 8–related administration , with a strong focus on accuracy, follow-through, and professional communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and track property-related payments
- Manage utility accounts and billing (gas, electric, and other utilities)
- Use Belldium software to monitor and manage utility charges
- Communicate with utility companies via email regarding billing and service issues
- Coordinate and process owner payments
- Support financial administration and collections tasks
- Handle Section 8 documentation and compliance-related work
- Process and manage lease renewals
