We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Management Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day financial and operational tasks for a property management company. This role involves managing payments, utilities, lease renewals, and Section 8–related administration , with a strong focus on accuracy, follow-through, and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and track property-related payments
  • Manage utility accounts and billing (gas, electric, and other utilities)
  • Use Belldium software to monitor and manage utility charges
  • Communicate with utility companies via email regarding billing and service issues
  • Coordinate and process owner payments
  • Support financial administration and collections tasks
  • Handle Section 8 documentation and compliance-related work
  • Process and manage lease renewals
