JOB SUMMARY
The Property Management Administration Professional (“PMA”) is responsible for supporting the Property Management team in the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of properties. This includes (but not limited to) resident communications, research, data integrity, tracking and monitoring of compliance items, and litigation activities. The PMA assists Property Management with maintaining data sets, reporting, resident communication and a multitude of other administrative tasks required to ensure smooth operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that Yardi and other databases of record are accurate and up to date, including annual audits of all resident records.
