The Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for tenants via phone, email, and property management platforms
  • Handle lease renewals, move-ins/outs, and rental listings
  • Coordinate and schedule repairs and maintenance with local vendors
  • Collect rent and manage accounts receivable
  • Handle complaints and resolve tenant issues efficiently
  • Monitor compliance with lease agreements and property rules
  • Maintain accurate property records and documentation
  • Generate reports on occupancy, financials, and maintenance logs

Ideal Profile:

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of work experience (In property management, a plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (a must)
  • Proficient in property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium, Rent Manager) a plus 
  • Strong organization and multitasking skills (a must)
