Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Property Management Assistant to support daily property operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have prior property management experience, be comfortable working with various housing agencies, and assist with leasing, compliance, and insurance-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with lease renewals and the preparation of new lease agreements

Coordinate and communicate with housing agencies, including NYCHA, HPD, CityFHEPS, and DHCR

List residential and commercial properties on relevant listing websites

Assist with obtaining, tracking, and maintaining property and commercial insurance documentation

Maintain accurate tenant and property records using Yardi Breeze

Provide general administrative support to the property management team as needed
