Job Description
Primary Purpose of Position:
Assist in property management activities for assets within the Boston Region portfolio.
Essential Functions:
+ Develop familiarity with BXP’s Boston region assets.
+ Provide backup coverage within the various property management offices as needed.
+ Assist with tenant events, visitor check-in, and special events tracking logs.
+ Expand client dossier by researching our office clients’ businesses and their clients; identify opportunities to promote within the BXP client network.
+ Research parking valet applications to enhance our valet operations and customer experience; present a recommendation to BXP parking management team.
+ Create, develop and implement a curb appeal program to include the following:
+ Tour Urban Edge properties and identify common areas to be reviewed and assessed.
