Property Manager

With a Senior Property Manager in place to help with the trickier issues that may come up and back-end trust accounting assistance with support. Property Condition Reports are outsourced on your behalf to allow your focus to be where you need it.

Also included is a company car, fuel, car maintenance and of course a phone will be provided. Renumeration will be discussed based on experience. We are looking for the right person to join the our team and have opportunities in both Residential Leasing and Property Management roles.

The successful applicant will manage a portfolio of roughly 90 properties and have a minimum of 1 to 2 Years experience as a Property Manager.
