Designation: Property Manager - Residential
Years of exp: 12y+ Experience into Hotel/Hospitality
Education: Graduate in Hospitality/ Hotel Management/ Relevant
Notice Period: Immediate - 1 Month
We are specifically looking for candidates with experience in Front Office operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Property & Amenity Management: Ensure all amenities are resourced and maintained to high-class industry standards.
Budget & Finance: Prepare and manage property management budgets, seeking cost savings without compromising quality. Oversee billing and review accounting information for accuracy.
Contractors & Staff: Manage contractors and direct labor cost-effectively for maintenance. Oversee, appraise, and develop staff to ensure maximum contribution.
Compliance & Legislation: Ensure sites comply with statutory legislation, including licenses and permits. Proactively liaise with local and municipal authorities.
Client Relations: Deal with owner/tenant queries and ensure all client deliverables are submitted on time. Review and agree on all client correspondence.
Site Inspections & Maintenance: Conduct regular visits to properties to ensure they are in good order. Quickly resolve emergency maintenance issues.
Health & Safety: Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations, implementing general and fire risk assessment recommendations.
Strategic & Operational Planning: Formulate strategic directions, establish business controls, and monitor SLAs and KPIs for effective service delivery.
Administrative Tasks: Manage hard and soft copy data, update client files, and oversee vendor bidding.
Communication & Relationships: Maintain exemplary communication skills to network effectively with project members, contractors, and government authorities.
