- A well-maintained portfolio with the majority located within close proximity to the office
- End to end property management with support from a leasing agent
- Conduct PCR's, routine and final inspection
- Manage maintenance and monitor rent arrears
- Support from an experienced Head of Department and Director
- Back up and cover during annual leave, sickness or busy periods.
- Salary between $75,000 and $90,000 + Super DOE
