IN DEMAND Recruitment & Consulting Inc. is currently recruiting for a Property Manager on behalf of our Edmonton-based client. This individual will oversee a -unit residential portfolio and play a critical role in enhancing tenant satisfaction, improving tenant quality, and reducing vacancy.

The successful candidate is a proactive, tenant-focused professional with deep knowledge of Alberta’s rental legislation and strong operational oversight. They will work closely with a supportive internal team—including bookkeeping, finance, and maintenance—to ensure the property runs efficiently while driving continual improvement across the portfolio.
