We’re looking for a confident and capable Float Property Manager to join a high-performing, supportive team. This is a standout opportunity for an experienced assistant property manager or a property manager who thrives on variety, enjoys autonomy and does not like being tied to a permanent portfolio.

In this role, you’ll step in where you’re needed most, providing short-term coverage during staff leave, portfolio transitions, or peak workload periods. You’ll work alongside some of the industry’s best, gaining exposure to different portfolios, systems, and teams while keeping every day fresh and engaging.

Responsibilities

• Managing a rotating portfolio of residential properties as required
• Delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants with confidence and professionalism
• Coordinating maintenance and repairs using trusted, approved trades
• Ensuring full compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act and internal procedures

Must Have

• Proven experience as an Assistant Property Manager (or similar role)
• Current WA real estate registration
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Strong communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills
• Comfortable working independently and adapting to changing environments
• Tech‑savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate different systems
