Property Manager

Overview

We are a property management team expanding in the Mackay region and seeking dedicated individuals to join our top-tier team. This role is designed for someone with enthusiasm and energy to make a positive impact in property management. The position is remote with support from the Senior Property Manager on a day-to-day basis and oversight from the Principal for guidance to focus on day-to-day portfolio needs.

Responsibilities

• Take on the responsibility of building and maintaining the management portfolio.
• Conduct routine inspections and inspections of properties for rent.
• Conduct thorough entry/exit inspections and routines.
• Regularly communicate with landlords and tenants.
• Ensure properties are promptly listed for rent.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months residential property management experience is required.
