Looking for a hands-on Property Manager role where no two days are the same? Avid Storage is hiring a Self Storage Property Manager in Del Valle / Southeast Austin, TX to lead daily operations, deliver top-tier customer service, and manage a high-traffic facility.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys sales, leasing, customer service, and facility management—not being stuck behind a desk all day. You'll interact with tenants, handle rentals and move-ins, oversee property upkeep, and help create a positive experience for every customer who walks through the door.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) is strongly preferred due to the needs of our local customer base.

To support retention and recognize commitment, we offer a $500 retention bonus after 90 days of continuous employment.
