Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager at ONYX, located in Koregaon Park, next to the Westin Hotel, Pune.
The Property Manager will oversee the property's daily operations, including managing maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing tenant relationships. The role involves overseeing operational budgets, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring property facilities are well-maintained and efficient. Strong organizational skills, systems and process orientation and the ability to assess and solve property-related challenges are essential for this position.
The Property Manager will act as the senior manager and supervise all relevant personnel.
Qualifications
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum requirement of B. Tech/Bachelors Engineering, additional MBA preferred
- Experience: Minimum 15+ years of work experience in relevant maintenance and property management
- Minimum 5+ years in a management role
- Strong background in systems and process management
- Experience in property management, including maintenance oversight, vendor relations, and tenant communication
- Strong organizational and operational management skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and safety compliance standards
- Ability to manage budgets and ensure cost-efficient property operations
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle property-related challenges effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in property management software and tools
