Responsibilities




  • Responsible for managing technical, contractual & financial performance of contract works and monitoring the overall control of site activities



    • Requirements




  • DSE / Form 5 or above

  • At least 5 years relevant experience preferably in sizeable property development, property management or fit-out projects

  • Possessing sound knowledge of building technology, building services and fitting out is an advantage

  • Good command of English and Chinese

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Able to work independently and effectively under pressure

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager / Senior Project Executive / Project Executive(Property / Building)
