Job Description

Qualifications

- Graduate of Engineering, Architecture or any related courses

- 5-10 years of experience in project management for building construction projects (hotel, condominium, high rise commercial building & others)

- Experience in managing the full lifecycle of projects (design, construction, and operational integration)

- Strong track record in cost control, budget management, and construction oversight

- With property management experience from administration to entire operation

- Construction Oversight & Coordination

- Budgeting & Cost Control

- Stakeholder Management & Reporting

- Risk Management & Quality Control

- Operational Integration & Handover

- Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage but not required.
