Role Summary


We’re hiring a Real Estate Sales Executive to drive bookings for BOOTES residential projects. You will handle walk-ins, inbound leads, channel partner network, site visits, follow-ups, and closures. The job is simple to define and hard to do well: convert interest into signed bookings with disciplined follow-up and clean documentation.


Key Responsibilities


1) Lead Handling and Closures


  • Call and qualify inbound leads (website, ads, walk-ins, references, channel partners).


  • Understand buyer needs (budget, family size, intent, timeline) and map the right unit.


  • Run the full sales cycle: enquiry → site visit → negotiation → booking → agreement coordination.


  • Maintain a strong follow-up cadence and move leads forward without being pushy or spammy.
