Property Supervisor Riversbend Owner Association Germantown, WI About the Role Riversbend Owner Association is seeking an experienced and hands-on Property Supervisor to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and overall appearance of our 38‑acre property - condominium community.

This leadership role is responsible for supervising onsite staff, coordinating with vendors, ensuring compliance with association standards, and maintaining a positive and responsive environment for residents.

We are looking for a strong communicator and problem solver with a background in property or facility management who can balance administrative responsibilities with day‑to‑day operational oversight.
