Property Support Coordinator

With more than 60 professionals across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, the business is known for its strong market presence, collaborative national platform, and long-standing client relationships. While each office has its own identity, the business operates as one integrated team, working closely across states.
The Opportunity
An opportunity has arisen for a Business Support & Marketing Coordinator to support a high-performing Sydney-based commercial sales team.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive, who enjoys supporting senior professionals while also gaining exposure to commercial property marketing and transactions.
You will be based in the Sydney office (approximately 26 staff), working closely with colleagues across the larger Melbourne office and the growing Queensland presence, all operating as one interconnected national team. Flexibility is offered when needed, though the team is office-based five days a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to Partners and sales teams
- Coordinate meetings, diary management and travel arrangements
- Prepare, format and manage documents, reports and presentations
- Assist with commercial and corporate marketing, including brochures, information memorandums, digital campaigns and submissions
- Support website updates and social media activity
- Maintain CRM systems and internal databases
- Liaise with external suppliers, clients and stakeholders
- Assist with event coordination and execution
About You
- 1+ yearsβ experience in administration, marketing or a similar professional services role
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva advantageous
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Marketing Cloud is beneficial
- Strong time management with the ability to prioritise competing tasks
- University degree preferred but not essential
- Positive, team-first attitude and proactive mindset
