1. JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS

Job Scope

  • Prepare proposals and quotations

  • Assist in cost estimation, project costing and tender submission

  • Prepare Purchase Orders (PO)

  • Liaise, communicate and negotiate with customers, suppliers, and engineers

  • Provide administrative and documentation support

  • Maintain proper records and filing of project & proposal document

Requirements

  • Minimum G.C.E. O levels with relevant experience

  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply as training will be provided

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of Ariba would be an added advantage

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and spoken
