Job Scope
Prepare proposals and quotations
Assist in cost estimation, project costing and tender submission
Prepare Purchase Orders (PO)
Liaise, communicate and negotiate with customers, suppliers, and engineers
Provide administrative and documentation support
Maintain proper records and filing of project & proposal document
Requirements
Minimum G.C.E. O levels with relevant experience
Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply as training will be provided
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of Ariba would be an added advantage
Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and spoken
