About the role: As Proposals & Marketing Manager, you will lead the end-to-end proposal process for UK and USA clients, transforming complex requirements into visually stunning, persuasive pitch decks using Canva and Power Point. Partnering with Sales and Product Marketing, you’ll craft strategic narratives and high-impact collateral that drive win rates and maintain brand excellence. This is a high-impact role for a design-savvy storyteller with 3+ years of international bid management experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of high-quality, persuasive proposals and pitch decks in response to RFPs and client requirements, in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Create visually compelling presentations using Power Point and Canva, ensuring brand consistency, clarity, and strong storytelling.
- Partner with Sales & Marketing teams to align on proposal requirements, timelines, and strategic messaging.
- Support the full bid and tender process, including bid tracking, documentation, and submission management.
- Continuously improve proposal quality, templates, and processes to enhance effectiveness and win rates.
- Collaborate with the Product Marketing team to design impactful proposals and collateral that support product marketing initiatives.
- Assist with the creation and refinement of marketing materials, product-focused presentations, and other client-facing assets.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in bid/proposal management or a similar role.
- Prior experience working with clients or companies based in the UK or USA is essential.
- Advanced proficiency in Power Point and Canva, with a strong design sensibility.
- Ability to present complex information in a clear, structured, and engaging way.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work across time zones and manage multiple bids/proposals simultaneously.
Nice to Have:
- Experience supporting Product Marketing initiatives.
- They should ideally possess a conceptual understanding of the Microsoft technology stack, with a focus on the Power Platform.
