Your impactAs a Sales Operations Professional Coordinator you work closely with and assist teams in the planning, coordination and delivery of deliverables for large opportunities. You will also be required to take on leading roles in smaller pursuits, qualification statements and letters of interest, with minimal guidance. Key functions of this role include knowledge management, client request analytics, client portal, coordination, document formatting and related support to Jacobs’ Growth & Sales Operations organization. You are expected to work with a high degree of autonomy and take ownership of the proposal/client deliverables and related tasks that are assigned to you.
You will support the process for developing win strategies through consultation with key stakeholders and will develop your ability to bring the ideas of others to market. All members of our team are expected to be self-starters who develop creative solutions to tackle challenges; are team players ready to support each other; and have good judgment about which ideas and suggestions will work.
