Parsons is seeking a talented Proposal Coordinator to join our EMEA Bid Studio team! In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a high-performing and dynamic team, contributing to the preparation of proposals for a range of exciting opportunities.
What You'll Be Doing:
Review RFQ/RFP documents and support the development of compliance matrices, capturing all submission requirements, deliverables, and response responsibilities.
Support the preparation of proposal kickoff meeting materials, including agendas, schedules, compliance summaries, and responsibility matrices.
Prepare and maintain proposal boilerplate information, including standard sections, templates, resumes, and project descriptions, in line with solicitation requirements.
