Position Summary :

• Agil3 Technology Solutions (A3T) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Proposal Coordinator to support the full lifecycle of proposal development for federal government contracting opportunities.


• The Proposal Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring high-quality, compliant, and timely submissions by managing schedules, formatting proposal documents, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and assisting with the production and delivery of final proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all administrative aspects of proposal development, including document formatting, version control, compliance checks, and final production.


• Maintain and monitor proposal schedules and calendars to ensure all deadlines are met.
• Assist Proposal Managers and Capture Managers in assembling proposal teams and organizing proposal kickoff and color team reviews (Pink, Red, Gold).
