Job Description Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Coordinator for our Federal Construction projects. We are open to discussing candidates outside of the Tyler area. Position Summary The Contract Proposal Coordinator is responsible for managing and producing compliant, compelling proposals for federal construction projects. This role supports pursuit efforts from opportunity identification through submission, ensuring all proposals meet agency requirements, are delivered on time, and clearly communicate the company’s technical capabilities and value. The ideal candidate has deep experience with federal procurement, strong writing and organizational skills, and a solid understanding of commercial construction operations. Key Responsibilities Proposal Management & Compliance Lead end-to-end coordination of federal construction proposals (RFQs, RFPs, IFBs, MATOCs, IDIQ task orders).
