Proposal Engineer (Fabrication Projects)

Job Summary

• Study Tender Document and Raise Queries
• Analyze drawing and Technical specifications.
• Prepare BOQ by Extracting from fabrication drawing/Assembly drawing.
• Defining cost estimate of materials, Fabrication, Erection, Piping, Civil, Structural subcontracted work and labor for tender or project.
• Estimation of Manpower Machinery requirement.
• Preparation of Technical Specification as required for Proposal
• Preparation of Estimation and get management approval.
• Preparing final Quote with details terms and condition to client
• Coordination with Engineering department Pre-bid Engineering Consultant for Bid Compilation.
• Preparation of a cost effective and technically competent proposal that meets customers requirement in timely manner.
