A leading catering organisation is seeking a Proposal Manager to craft compelling, solution-focused bid proposals and manage the full bid lifecycle.


What you'll do:

  • Lead and manage complex bids from kick-off to submission
  • Write, edit and challenge persuasive content
  • Collaborate with design teams using Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign)
  • Drive win strategies and deliver standout presentations


What we're looking for:

  • Proven bid writing & project management experience (2+ years)
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Confident with MS Office & Adobe tools
  • Creative self-starter with a passion for shaping client solutions
