We are seeking an experienced, skilled Proposal Manager to lead the development of complex proposals and presentations to win competitive projects in North America. As a proposal professional you will work closely with senior technical staff, business development professionals, bid managers, and team members in Canada and the wider regional team. Together, you will lead compelling and winning proposals for both large and strategic projects across North America with a focus on Canada.

This role requires exceptional leadership skills to drive the process and coordinate and develop compliant and compelling responses to RFQs/RFPs, client interviews, and presentations.
