Our client, a well-established civil construction and industrial services contractor with a strong presence across Western Canada, is seeking an Intermediate–Senior Proposal Specialist to join their Estimating team. This is a remote role within British Columbia for an experienced proposal professional capable of leading complex submissions, shaping win strategies, and supporting continuous improvement of proposal systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end proposal process from RFP release through final submission, managing timelines, deliverables, and internal stakeholders.
- Review solicitation documents and develop compliance matrices, response frameworks, and detailed submission schedules.
