What You Will Do

• Strategically analyze the call for tenders (RFQ/RFP) and create structured responses tailored to individual client needs.
• Prepare and manage proposal schedule, responsibility matrix, and compliance list.
• Organize and lead bid team meetings including kick-offs, coordination meetings and bid reviews; strategically identify winning themes and key.
• Develop persuasive, high-quality content that showcases Pomerleau’s high standards and expertise.
• Ensure that all content is well harmonized, coherent and compliant with the bid requirements.
• Proactively maintain open lines of communication with subject matter experts and other bid team members.
