Proposal Writer

We are seeking a Proposal Writer to join our Organizational Solutions Inc. team in Burlington or Calgary. The Proposal Writer will partner with marketing, sales, and other partners to create winning proposals and to support other sales and marketing activities. They will play the leading role in the sales presentation and proposal process from start to finish, writing winning responses to proposal requests. They will work with internal stakeholders to develop an overall response strategy, lead proposal kick-off meetings, gather and edit all relevant responses and then submit for input. The successful candidate will manage a large volume of work with strict deadlines, and as such, must be flexible, able to prioritize, and will have a strong work ethic.
