Proposal Writer (Engineering)

Oxford Solutions is working with an established engineering consulting organization to identify a Proposal Writer to support its Marketing team. This role focuses on developing high-quality, compliant proposals and marketing materials in response to RFPs and RFQs across public and private sector clients. The ideal candidate is a strong writer with excellent attention to detail and experience translating technical information into clear, compelling content.

Responsibilities

• Support the full proposal lifecycle in collaboration with the Marketing Specialist, from kickoff through submission


• Research and track potential RFP and RFQ opportunities on a daily basis


• Review and analyze solicitation documents to identify requirements, deadlines, and proposal strategy


• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and internal stakeholders to gather technical and project-specific content
