🧑 💼 Experience: 12+ Years
We are looking for a Senior Proposal Writer / Bid Manager to lead end-to-end RFP/RFQ/RFI responses for complex IT services & staffing engagements.
🔹 Lead full proposal lifecycle & bid strategy
🔹 Drive RFP compliance, proposal structuring & storytelling
🔹 Collaborate with Sales, SMEs, Legal, HR & Finance
🔹 Manage submissions via Ariba, GeM, Salesforce, Jagger
🔹 Leverage tools like RFPIO / Loopio / Qvidian
✅ Strong experience in IT services proposals
✅ Excellent stakeholder management & communication
✅ APMP certification is a plus
