Proposal Writer

We are looking for a detail-oriented Technology Proposal Writer (EST time zone preferred) with hands-on experience in creating winning proposals, RFP responses, and business documentation. The ideal candidate should be able to translate business requirements into clear, persuasive, and well-structured proposals that align with client needs and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and format proposals, RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs
• Collaborate with sales, business development, and technical teams to gather inputs
• Customize proposals based on client requirements and industry standards
• Ensure proposals are clear, compelling, compliant, and error-free
• Maintain proposal templates, case studies, and reusable content
• Manage multiple proposals simultaneously while meeting deadlines
