Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Technology Proposal Writer (EST time zone preferred) with hands-on experience in creating winning proposals, RFP responses, and business documentation. The ideal candidate should be able to translate business requirements into clear, persuasive, and well-structured proposals that align with client needs and company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Write, edit, and format proposals, RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs
Collaborate with sales, business development, and technical teams to gather inputs
Customize proposals based on client requirements and industry standards
Ensure proposals are clear, compelling, compliant, and error-free
Maintain proposal templates, case studies, and reusable content
Manage multiple proposals simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Proofread content for grammar, clarity, and consistency
