Proposal Writer

Technical Solutions Inc. is currently seeking a Proposal Writer on behalf of our client, a Pittsburgh area engineering consultant. This position will assist the Marketing Specialist with the proposal process, developing compelling, compliant, and high-quality proposals in response to RFPs and RFQs from government agencies, private sector clients, and other entities. This role requires strong writing, organizational, proofreading, editing and communication skills. The person in this position will also assist with managing the client contact lists and internal database.
