Job Summary

Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Proposal/Bid Coordinator to play a vital role in securing high-profile projects across the region. As a Proposal/Bid Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating the preparation of high-quality proposals EOIs and bids and ensuring they meet client requirements and are delivered on time.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the preparation of high-quality proposals EOIs and bids
  • Collaborate with architects engineers and management to gather and develop content
  • Track tenders and manage submission timelines

Qualifications
