Job Duties & Responsibilities


Knowledge Base Management:

  • Clean up current state of Advarra’s knowledge base within our proposal content management system, ensuring the most up-to-date content is included in each category and subcategory.

  • Engage with SMEs regularly to maintain and update knowledge base language and set up and monitor a regular, automated review cycle within our proposal content management system for the SMEs.

  • Review completed projects for inclusion, categorization, and tagging in the proposal content management library.

  • Assist the proposals team with setting up templates and maintaining proposal language within our proposal content management system.

  • Maintain the proposal content management system SME list.

  • Maintain the proposal content management system users list and remove/add users as needed, including engaging with Advarra IT as required.

  • Act as proposal content management system SME
  • Vendor Assessments

  • Pick up vendor assessment requests from the Sales Support Request queue in Salesforce.

  • Engage with Client Executive and/or Strategic Services/Solution Directors to determine scope and due date for each assessment and to gain access to online portal, if required for assessment.

  • Import assessments into the proposal content management system and, using proposal content and your own knowledge of Advarra products and services, determine initial responses for assessment questions.

  • As needed, adjust the assessment layout or file type to optimize Loopio performance.

  • Assign, via the proposal content management system, assessment answers to appropriate SMEs for review and engage with SMEs as needed to finish the project by the due date.

  • Export the completed assessment, format and proofread, and return to Client Executive and/or Strategic Services/Solution Director for dissemination to the client.

  • May include upload or copy/paste into portal and portal submission

  • Additional proposal- or assessment-related duties as assigned.

    This role is open to candidates working remotely in Bengaluru, India (Hybrid.)


    Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience using database software and online portals to respond to assessments

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and working with PDFs
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Content library management experience (Loopio experience preferred)

  • Experience handling large vendor assessments under tight deadlines

  • Basic knowledge of clinical trials and/or the healthcare or medical research industry

  • Ability to organize and categorize large volumes of information

  • Ability to work with a diverse group of SMEs

  • Attention to detail

  • Knowledge of English language and grammar

  • Good written and oral communication

  • Flexible time zone availability; preference is to align portion of day with time zone
  • Physical and Mental Requirements

  • Sit or stand for extended periods of time at stationary workstation

  • Regularly carry, raise, and lower objects of up to 10 Lbs.

  • Learn and comprehend basic instructions

  • Focus and attention to tasks and responsibilities

  • Verbal communication; listening and understanding, responding, and speaking
